Our office strives to reserve dental appointments that accommodate your schedule as much as possible.
Should you be unable to keep your reserved appointment, we reserve the right to request sufficient notice (48 hours) to appoint someone else. If you fail to do so we reserve the right to charge a $25.00 -$50.00 cancellation fee that must be paid before further appointments are made in this office.
Furthermore, should you cancel or re- Schedule your Saturday appointment more than twice we will no longer be able to extend the courtesy of Saturday Appointments.

  1. No Show Policy:
    Any client that doesn’t show for a scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full, prior to their scheduled appointment.
  2. Appointment Deposit & Reservation:
    A Minimum $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required in order to reserve a Major appointment time on scheduling. (EXAMPLE: Crowns, Implants, Extractions, Root Canals and SRP’s). The deposit will be credited toward the services rendered on the day of your appointment.
    IF THE DEPOSIT IS NOT RECEIVED UPON SCHEDULING OR WITHIN 24HRS OF BOOKING, THE APPOINTMENT WILL BE REMOVED WITH / WITHOUT NOTICE. BALANCE IS DUE THE DAY OF THE PROCEDURE VIA CASH, CREDIT CARD or SPECIAL FINANCING
  3. Cancellation Policy:
    A 24/48 hour cancellation notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment within the 24/48 hours, you will forfeit your deposit. An additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment reservation. If the 2nd appointment is missed or canceled, payment in full for services scheduled will be due prior to the scheduled date. If you DO NOT reschedule you will lose your deposit and any other future appointments will require another $50 deposit to secure your appointment.
  4. Late Policy:
    To avoid unfair delays, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it may be necessary to reschedule.
    We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone/reschedule your scheduled treatment. Please understand that such changes affect not only yourself, but other clients and disrupts office flow as well. This Policy is subjected to change or updated at any time at owners discretion.
